HAPPY BIRTHDAY. CARY!
Well, my how you have grown! You are now well and truly handsome with your bushy salt and pepper beard (just like a young pirate!)your mischievous brown eyes and wicked grin!
I remember the day you were born. It was just frying up at the hospital, no air-conditioning in those days and it was in the 90's!! Everyone was dying with the heat! In those days they kept the mothers and babies in for a week before they could go home--I was glad to finally get home and let Sally and Alan greet their new brother!
Here are a couple of old pics for your memory files!
You were playing in the water at Sandy Beach trying to catch little tadpoles! (August 1968, age 6yrs.)
This was another birthday pic, you must have been about 10 yrs.old as Shelby looks to be about one and a half years old. We treated you to a horseback ride out at the farm for the afternoon. Greg MacKinnon is in the background. You all had a ball!
Here this next pic is of the grandkids taken a few years ago! Your kids Melly and C.J. are in this one!
As you can see Madi is only a little baby and Jeremy has not yet put in an appearcanve!
