LOVE AND APPLE PIE!
Roy has just celebrated his 79th birthday on April 11th! Yeah!
Also, Steph's was on April 3rd and Madi's was on March 9th--you rock girls!
Now, you might ask, why is love like an apple pie? When I was young, I always used to imagine that love was like an apple pie--a nice piece for everyone. But maybe, just maybe, my sister and 2 brothers were getting a bit more pie than me!
Later on, when I was talking to my brother John, he told me that Mom had said, "Oh yes, she loved him best" But a problem--she and Dad had said the same thing to both John and myself! Who was I to believe! Anyway, to all my children, love is not like an apple pie--it is more like the universe--growing, expanding and forever there always for you all. The same thing goes for our grandkids too!
